2019 Vendor Booth Registration Form

Fill out the form below or download and mail or fax the pdf form to submit a donation.

This form, along with a copy of your W-9 and an invoice of the products you wish you provide, must arrive at Yakima Valley Tourism by October 1, 2019 to be listed in the catalog. Space is limited and on a first come, first serve basis. You may have up two (2) staff members in your booth. You will be provided with one clothed/skirted, 8’ table with ice, electricity and dump bucket. Craft Beverage Vendors: feel free to offer tastings! Your product will be purchased by Centerplate Catering and one of their servers will pour for you.
